My name is Steve Ortiz owner and founder of Affordable Family Living and a proud Colorado native. I Started my construction journey in 1980 where I began all basics of the construction industry. In 1981 I started in the plumbing industry and soon received my plumbing license. Soon after that I opened my first business in 1987 with Ortiz Plumbing and Heating which continues to provide exceptional service today.
With experience under my belt I expanded in 2001 with our second business “Affordable Family Living”. Now we have the luxury and creativity as General Contractors to provide exceptional services throughout the Denver Metropolitan and surrounding areas. We specialize in, light commercial, tenant finish, rehabilitation, and residential market. We are a strong family owned and operated business that you can rely on.
